Get Help When Tooth Pain Becomes an Issue

If you have a neglected cavity that has entered into the nerve of your tooth, you may need a root canal, which is also known as endodontic therapy.

What to Expect During Your Root Canal

During a root canal, the doctor cleans out the infected tooth pulp and disinfects the canals through which the nerves travel. Once the infection is removed, the canal is filled to prevent further infection.

Frequently, a root canal will be followed by restoration procedures, including a crown.
